General booking and cancellations terms and conditions regarding the apartments and other services offered by Hotel to individual Guests of Centuria Wellness & SPA Hotel.
I.BOOKING
Guests may book an apartment in the following way:
a) booking by phone, confirmed by e-mail with detailed information regarding the conditions of the booking in question
1. After successful booking described above Centuria Hotel will send a booking confirmation e-mail to the provided e-mail address.
2. To enter into a legally binding agreement between the Hotel and the Client is a payment of a deposit which covers 30% of the total accommodation charges of the booking.
3. Hereinabove stated deposit shall be transferred onto Hotel’s bank account or charged from the Client’s credit card upon their written consent.
Deposit payment conditions:
Payable within 14 days from booking – in case of stays which begin later than within 30 days from the date of booking
Payable within 7 days from booking – in case of stays which begin within 30 days from the date of booking
Payable within 48 hours from booking – in case of stays which begin within 14 days from the day of booking
4. Deposit should be paid within the time stated in the booking confirmation e-mail.
5. The date of deposit payment is considered the date of on the date of crediting on the Centuria Wellness & SPA Hotel account.

6. The remaining accommodation charges are payable on arrival. In case of no payment in the specified time, or no money on the credit card, booking will be cancelled.
7. The booking fee and all accommodation charges are being charged on the basis of the price list and special offers of the Hotel on the day of the booking.
II. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
1. Conditions of booking cancellations:
a) less than 7 days – deposit non-refundable
b) up to 14 days – 50% deposit refundable
c) 30 days before the arrival date – 100% deposit refundable
2. The difference between the deposit payment and the cancellation fee (if applicable) will be transferred onto Client’s bank account.
3. Cancellation fee will be taken from the deposit paid or from the pre-paid accommodation charges, or from the client’s credit card.
